Oudh and Rohilkhand Railway Battalion

The Oudh and Rohilkhand Railway Battalion were an auxiliary regiment associated with the Oudh and Rohilkhand Railway.

Chronology

1903 formed as the Oudh and Rohilkhand Railway Volunteer Rifle Corps on 24th July from the Rohilkhand Volunteer Rifle Corps and part of the Oudh Volunteer Rifle Corps^[1]
1917 became 25th Oudh and Rohilkhand Railway Battalion on 1st April^[1]
1920 redesignated on 1st October as Oudh and Rohilkhand Railway Battalion^[1]
1926 amalgamated with the East Indian Railway Regiment^[2]
