The Gondia-Chanda Railway was a 2ft 6in/762mm narrow gauge(NG) line, owned by Government of India(GoI) and worked by Bengal Nagpur Railway(BNR).
Work started in 1905 but due to shortage of funds was not completed until 1913. [1] [2]
The Gondia-Chanda Railway merged with the Jubbulpore-Gondia Railway and the Nagpur-Chhindwara Railway to form the Satpura Railway around 1920.
