The date range (at 30 June 2020) is 1814 to 1914, with over 4,500 editions available, with the majority from 1895.

*''Bombay Gazette'' is available on [[Findmypast]], category  "Newspapers & periodicals", with the same contents also available on the British Newspaper Archive, both pay websites, added 14 April 2020.  The date range when added was  August 15, 1792 to December 31, 1868  being 1792, 1813-1814, 1816-1840, 1850-1851, 1854, 1858, 1861-1868 with details on a [https://www.britishnewspaperarchive.co.uk/titles/bombay-gazette  BNA page]. It is possible to browse individual editions on BNA, in addition to searching. Digitised Bombay newspapers including an almost complete run of ''The Bombay Chronicle'' (1913 - 1958) are available on the pay website [https://granthsanjeevani.com/ Asiatic Society of Mumbai, Granth Sanjeevani] which requires either a personal or institutional  subscription. Also included are some editions of ''The Pioneer'', Allahabad. Mirror editions of some of the Bombay newspapers are also available on the Internet Archive as follows, (but not however editions of ''The Pioneer'').
