James Alexander Kellie (Kelly) - 1870-1927 According to his obituary he was the Manager from c.1910 to 1921 of the Rohilkund and Kumaon Railway. During his tenure he was responsible for maintaining 600 miles of track and designing and building new locomotive shops and a large carriage works. If anyone comes across any information relating to him I would be very interested. I am also interested in Photographs of the Railway.
