The Pachora-Jamner Light Railway, was sanctioned for construction by the Pachora-Jamner Light Railway Company in 1915 to link Pachora to Jamner, a length of 34 miles( km) with a 2ft 6in/762mm narrow gauge(NG) railway. [1] The line opened in 1918-19.
The line was owned by Central Provinces Railway Co Ltd; worked by Great Indian Peninsula Railway(GIPR); under Government of India(GoI) management from 1925.
