James Alexander Kellie (Kelly) - 1870-1927 According to his obituary he was the Chief Engineer from c.1904 to 1907 of the Kahla-Simla Railway. If anyone comes across any information relating to him I would be very interested. I am also interested in Photographs of the Railway.
