William Erskine Baker General Sir (1808-1881) was a senior British Indian Army officer who went on to be Military Secretary to the India Office ^[1].

Railway Achievements

Public Works Department, Consulting Engineer to EIR on opening of the line to the Ganges at Rajmehal, 1860 ^[2].
