For This is the collective title for a number of missions. The Wesleyan Methodist Mission (WMMS) began in Ceylon in 1814, in Madras in 1817, and in northern India in 1860. A mission to Burma [Mynamar] began in 1887 in Mandalay. The archives, are held by SOAS. In addition some major research libraries around the world may also at SOAS, contacthold microfiche copies.
