Jardine, Skinner & Co
'Jardine, Skinner & Co' were Managing Agents founded in Calcutta in 1841. Their UK based company was 'Matherson & Co' while 'Jardine, Matherson & Co' represented their business interests in the rest of Asia. In India their main interests were tea, jute, coal, shellac and shipping.
