The Chittagong-Akyab-Minhla Railway Survey was a Government of India(GoI) survey in 1893, undertaken by Assam-Bengal Railway(ABR).

This is as shown in the Civil Lists of 1905 where Robert Atwell Way was employed on the Chittagong-Akyab-Minhla Railway Survey in October 1893 [1].

The route would be from Chittagong, Assam (now in Bangladesh); Akyab, Burma (now called Sittwe, Myanmar); to Minhla, Burma (now Myanmar). This railway was not constructed.

See also the Indo-Burma Railway Connection Project, which in 1915 proposed to follow as similar route. This project also did not proceed.
