The Mymensingh-Jamalpur-Jagannathganj Railway was owned by the Indian General Navigation and Railway Company.

The Mymensingh-Jamalpur-Jagannathganj Railway was a metre gauge(MG) line of 56 miles(90km) linking these three towns. The line opened in 1899 and worked by Eastern Bengal Railway(EBR).

The line was finally purchased by EBR.
