  • 1859-71, EIR Colliery Superintendent [2].
  • 1861, Resident Engineer, EIR Kurhurballie Colliery [3].
  • 1863 EIR Giridih Colliery 'The mining operations having beeen suspended, all establishment was reduced to that required to guard the property, till a suitable branch railway was established' [2].
  • 1867, District Engineer, EIR Raneegunge District [4].
  • 1871 Retired [2], succeeded by T E Dunn
