'Begg, Sutherland & Co' of Cawnpore was formed in the late 1860's; initially named 'Begg, Christie & Co' then 'Begg, Maxwell & Co' [1] - see seperate page
The UK based company of both the Calcutta and Cawnpore based companies was 'Begg, Roberts and Co' [1] .
