Silghat-Nowgong Tramway
The Assam Public Works Department (PWD) in 1920 advertised for equipment including trolley lines and trucks for metalling of part of the road from Silghat to Nowgong. In 1924 a 2ft/610mm narrow gauge(NG) locomotive was supplied To Assam PWD. It is unknown if this locomotive was used on this project [1].
