James Alexander Kellie (Kelly) - 1870-1927 According to his obituary he was the Manager and Chief Engineer from c.1907 to 1910 of the Bengal Dooars Railway. If anyone comes across any inforamtion relating to him I would be very interested. I am also interested in Photographs of the Railway.
