In 1926 a report was written concerning the building of a railway between [[Chaman]] and [[Kandahar]] in Afghanistan in the event of another war with Afghanistan. [[Chaman]] was the terminal of the 'Sind-Pishkin Section' of the broad gauge([[Rail_gauge#Broad_Gauge|BG]]) North Western Railway(NWR).
