Can’t find any reference to this location or conflict. Battles & Actions in British India 1600-1900 records it being near Agra with date as 5 July 1857 and the commander as Brig Pole. The entry for Shahgunge is also near Agra with date as 5 July 1857 and commander as Brig Polwhele. Shahganj was a suburb of Agra and Polwhele was its commander then.
