The FamilySearch digitised microfilm is viewable, for non church members, at either a FamilySearch family history centre or a FamilySearch affiliate library, see [[FamilySearch Centres]]. Although it is indicated that the film has been indexed, it appears likely that it is other parts of the microfilm which have been indexed, and not item 2.

The chapel appears to have been attached to the Church Missionary Society.
