==Create a new page ==
*Type the name of the new page in the search box on the left hand side of the page and click 'Go.' Under "Search results" wording will appear in the form "Create the page 'New Page' on this wiki", with the wording 'New Page' appearing in red. Click on the red wording, which will take you to your newly created page
*Add the content wording. Click on 'Show preview' to preview your changes at regular intervals to prevent your edit being terminated due to a 'time out' procedure.
*Add categories eg for the page [[Royal Tank Corps]], the categories are <nowiki> [[Category:British Army]] </nowiki> <nowiki> [[Category:Regiments]] </nowiki>
:For a list of Categories see [[:Category:Top level]]. There are a number of subcategories. If there is a similar page to the newly created page, you can look and see what categories have been previously used. If you are a "beginner" and confused about the category to add, type <nowiki>[[Category:Help required]]</nowiki> and a moderator will add the correct category later.
*Type/copy and paste the following wording above the Categories wording

*Complete the edit by clicking on 'Show preview' to preview your changes, and then 'Save page'. The procedure is now completed.
