Albert Henderson, an American Baptist medical missionary and his wife Cora arrived in Burma in 1893, and worked in Mongnai and Taunggyi in the Shan States. Albert was in 1932 awarded a gold Kaiser-I -Hind medal and died in Burma in 1937.
