"Deoghur Railway" also known as "Deoghar Railway" has neither fallen to disuse, nor been lifted as reported by FIBIS. It has been re-christend as "Baidyanath Dham Railway Station" (named after the ancient and very famous Lord Shiva Temple at Deoghar) and the loop line of 6 Kilometres, which was converted into Broad Gauge, still connects the Holy Deoghar Town (and now also a District Head Quarter) to the Eastern Railways Main Line at the "Jasidih Junction". | |||

How to interpret this infobox |
Also known as the Deoghar Railway, the DR was a very short (only 5 miles long) metre gauge line which branched off the East Indian Railway's main line between Madhupur and Luckeeserai, probably at Jasidih.
According to Wikipedia, Deoghar today (2009) does not have a railway station on the modern Indian Railways network so it is likely that the line has either fallen into disuse or even been lifted.
