Current issue

The Journal of the Families in British India Society is published twice yearly (in Spring and Autumn) and sent to all current members of the Society. The principal aim is "the presentation to members of the availability and value of various sources both to the establishment of genealogy and of the background to ancestors' lives in India and associated regions."

Back issues of the Journal are available to members and non-members, and can be purchased online. Click on <FIBIS shop> in the Navigation panel to the left to learn more.

With the exception of the two most recent editions, 21 & 22, most of the content of previous Journals is available to members online. Click on <FIBIS members> in the Navigation panel to the left to go to the Members' Area.
