Changes

Vellore is between [[Madras]] and [[Bangalore]]. It was formally a garrison town for the British Army. Vellore was the scene of the first mutiny in India, in 1806, when [[sepoys]] massacred members of H.M. [[69th of Regiment Foot]] who were sick in hospital. There is a well-preserved cemetery in Vellore, and monuments to the British slain.
