Also known as the Deoghar Railway, the DR was a very short (only 5 miles long) metre gauge line which branched off the East Indian Railway's main line between Madhupur and Luckeeserai, probably at Jasidih.

According to Wikipedia, Deoghar today (2009) does not have a railway station on the modern Indian Railways network so it is likely that the line has either fallen into disuse or even been lifted.
