- 1796 absorbed by the 3rdd Regiment of Bengal Native Infantry
- 1824 1st Battalion became 6th Regiment of Bengal Native Infantry under MajorJ Nesbitt; 2nd Battalion became 19th Regiment of Bengal Native Infantry under Major J Smith
