1921 renamed the 3rd Dragoon Guards (Prince of Wales's)
1922 amalgamated with the 6th Dragoon Guards (Carabiniers) to form the 3rd/6th Dragoon Guards
1928 amalgamated with the Royal Scots Greys (2nd Dragoons) forming the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards (Carabiniers and Greys)
1971 became 2nd Dragoon Guards (Queen's Bays)
1921 retitled The Queen's Bays (2nd Dragoon Guards)
1959 amalgamated with the 1st King's Dragoon Guards to become 1st The Queen's Dragoon Guards
