Documentation for Template:PD-author (Transcluded from Template:PD-author/doc)

This template is used when the author of an image, or other work, has released it into the public domain. It takes one parameter:

  • Author, which should be the name of the author/creator of the image;

This template implies that someone other than the author/creator has uploaded the image to the wiki and applied the license tag.
