Comment on Battle Location

Battles & Actions in British India 1600-1900 gives date as 10 August 1842 and commander as William Nott. Nott left Kandahar on 9 August on his way to Ghazni. Coordinates are given as 35.00N 69.1666E. This puts it north of Kabul where there is indeed an place called QaraBagh. However there is also a place called Qara Bagh at 33.342012N 68.252548E which is about 50km south of Ghazni. Could Nott have reached there by 10 August? I can find no record of a battle there.--Sy 04:20, 2 October 2008 (PDT)
