The Noakhali (Bengal) Railway was a metre gauge(MG) line built to connect Sahebghatta and Noakhali to Laksham on the Assam-Bengal Railway(ABR). The line was constructed by the Noakhali (Bengal) Railway Company Ltd.

The ABR worked the railway from opening until 1906 when they purchased Noakhali (Bengal) Railway Company Ltd and absorbed the line into the ABR network.
