Our first desire is, to awaken interest; to induce a thirst after information; then to supply that information; and finally to teach the application of it to its most beneficial uses"

This link is a short index of the contents of Volumes 1- 38. The authors of the articles are also given, unlike the actual Calcutta Review articles which do not include the author's name.
