The records show that there was a 2 km branch of metre gauge([[Rail_gauge_#Metre_Gauge|MG]]) line connecting to the mainline, together with two MG locomotives dated 1915 and 1923. The location and details are unclear <ref name =darvill/>.
The records also show thar there were a significant number of 2ft/610mm narrow gauge([[Rail_gauge#Narrow_Gauge|NG]]) dating 1916-1925 but the location is not clear <ref name =darvill/>.
