'Robert Atwell Way' full name added and India List link added
The '''Chittagong-Akyab-Minhla Railway Survey''' was a Government of India([[Government of India |GoI]]) survey in 1893, undertaken by [[Assam-Bengal Railway]](ABR).
This is as shown in the Civil Lists of 1909 1905 where R.W.[[Robert Atwell Way ]] was employed on the Chittagong-Akyab-Minhla Railway Survey in October 1893<refname=name>1909 The [https://play.google.com/books/reader?id=b2NPAAAAMAAJ&printsec=frontcover&output=reader&hl=en_GB&pg=GBS.PA642 " India List and India Office List, 1905" page 642 (pdf page 605 )] Retrieved on 10 May 2016</ref>.
The route would be from [[Chittagong]], Assam (now in Bangladesh); [[Akyab]], Burma (now called Sittwe, Myanmar); to [[Minhla]], Burma (now Myanmar). This railway was not constructed.
