Connaught Rangers Mutiny

In 1920, the British Army regiment the [[Connaught Rangers]] mutinied at several stations in North West India, including [[Jullundur]], due to the actions of the [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_and_Tans Black and Tans] in Ireland. The mutiny commenced at [[Jullundur]], but escalated at [[Solon]] where soldiers guarding the munitions store were killed.<ref name=CRM>archangel9 et al.
