The station at this town was on the [[Bhavnagar-Gondal-Junagad-Porbandar Railway]], ‘Dhoraji Branch Line’, from [[Dhola]] Junction (between [[Bhavnagar]] and [[Wadhwan]]) to [[Dhasa]], and from [[Dhasa]] via [[Jetalsar]] to [[Dhoraji]], opened Jan 1881
