Summary

Sacred to the memory of James Douglas Somerville Lockhart 92nd Highlanders, son of Laurence William Maxwell Lockhart, formerly of the same regiment accidentally shot in the expedition into Waziristan at Janjal on January 5th 1895 in the 29th year of his age while serving as Aide de Camp to his uncle Sir William Lockhart. Faithful in all things.
