:There are some Foreign Office Records at the National Archives Kew, exact contents unknown but catalogued as FO 141/463/1 British marriages in Egypt. Part 1. 1915-1928 and FO 141/463/2 British marriages in Egypt. Part 2. 1928-1929. It is not clear whether these are considered to be Consular Returns, as for some of this period Egypt was under British control. There may be other relevant Foreign Office files.
