British Library catalogue entry for [http://hviewer.bl.uk/IamsHViewer/Default.aspx?mdark=ark:/81055/vdc_100000000047.0x0001bd Indian Army List (1889-1947) IOR/L/MIL/17/5/1-219] includes a description of the frequency of publications at various periods and the editions which include War Services. For some years, a Supplement which contained war services of Indian Officers was published in January.
The following are links (as at mid September 2015), to catalogue pages on the Digital Library of India, which contain pdfs to view/open. Most are recent additions from the Library of the United Service Institution of India, where the scanning quality of the digital files is good. However there are some older digital files where the scanning quality is very poor. Perhaps more editions may be added in the future. These are large Adobe pdfs. If you have problems downloading, try during Indian office hours (IST 10 am to 6 pm) (IST = GMT+5:30), or GMT 4.30 to 12.30.
