The following are links (as at mid September 2015), to catalogue pages on the Digital Library of India, which contain pdfs to view/open. Most are recent additions from the Library of the United Service Institution of India, where the scanning quality of the digital files is good. However there are some older digital files where the scanning quality is very poor. Perhaps more editions may be added in the future. These are large Adobe pdfs. If you have problems downloading, try during Indian office hours (IST 10 am to 6 pm) (IST = GMT+5:30), or GMT 4.30 to 12.30.
Researchers have commented: "Some of the 1943-1946 files are very large - over 1Gb - and the Indian server is slow. Each of these large files can take an hour or so to download, depending on the speed of your connection. Catalogue descriptions are sometimes minimal. For some entries, two links are given. If the number of pages for each file is the same, these files may be duplicate editions. If the page numbers differ, they are likely to be different Parts, which have not been cataloged as such.
