The [[Public Works Department]] of the Agency in Nov 1865 laid 2 miles(3.2km) of [[John Fowler & Company (India) Ltd|'John Fowler']] portable tramway for the transport of road stone from a quarry to the building site for the construction of the Biaora to Sehore Road Construction.
