Founded in 1909 as "A Journal devoted to the Interests, Practice, and Progress of Aerial Locomotion and Transport". It is the world's oldest continuously published aviation news magazine. Contains pages relating to “Service Aviation”. Online volumes from 1909 to 1934. Missing 1935 but missing January-June 1933. Also available for November 2014-January 2016, where the date is advised in the title, but "date of publication" has not be entered to the catalogue system.:An Archive of online volumes to 2005 was previously available on the [https://www.flightglobal.com/flight-magazine-archive/135697.article FlightGlobal] website until the introduction of a new website format c 11 December 2019.
