*Barkachha, (Barkacha) located about five miles south of [[Mirzapur]], was the site of an Artillery camp c 1900. This [http://trove.nla.gov.au/ndp/del/article/19125697#pstart1536263 newspaper article] advises: Barkacha had, previous to this year's work, been exclusively an artillery camp for the annual practice of batteries and brigade divisions, a certain number of senior officers of the other arms being detailed to attend for instruction...
