==The Fibiwiki upload procedure==
The Fibiwiki upload procedure (current at May 2012) is typically done in two parts as follows, noting that you must first be registered with the Webmaster. If you aren't already registered, , please contact the [mailto:fibis-webmaster@fibis.org Webmaster]. You must be logged in to the Fibiwiki before you can upload an image.
Before you start, you may like to see an example of an uploaded image. Click on [[:File:St SepulchrePoonaNo6.jpeg|File: St Sepulchre Poona No 6]] .Note the wording which appears on the page. Then click on the tab at the top which says (if you are not logged in) "view source" or (if you are logged in) "edit" This will show the wording which has been typed to produce the wording underneath the image.
===Part 1===
*Click on "upload an image" at the top of this page, or "Upload file" in the toolbox in the panel on the left hand side of the page.
*Next, a brief 'Summary' of the photograph may be added. This is optional at this point, as this wording may be added in Part 2.
*Next select the type of licence from the dropdown list. The first option "Attribution 3.0 unported (most restrictive)" is the option which will be selected for most personal and family photographs. When you select a licence this will automatically generate a licence category.
*Then click on “Upload file”"Upload file". This part of the upload procedure is completed and the image is now uploaded. (Sometimes the image could be slow to load, so wait a while)*Very occasionally you may realise you have made an error in the title of the image, which you now wish to change. You should write to the [mailto:fibis-webmaster@fibis.org Webmaster] asking that the image be "moved" to the correct title.

*Add categories eg for a cemetery in Bangalore add <nowiki>[[Category:Cemetery images]]</nowiki> <nowiki>[[Category:Bangalore images]]</nowiki> If you have several images of the one cemetery, you may create a subcategory, eg <nowiki>[[Category:Poona cemetery images]]</nowiki>, (which in turn has <nowiki>[[Category: Cemetery images]]).</nowiki> For a list of Categories see [[:Category:Images|Category:Images]]. If you are a "beginner" and confused about the category to add, type <nowiki>[[Category:Help required]]</nowiki> and a moderator will add the correct category later.
*Type /copy and paste the following wording above the Categories wording
