HI Maureen - Thank you for your explanation. Looking back on the Locations Project pages it makes no mention of templates being added only by a moderator. http://wiki.fibis.org/index.php/FibiwikiProject_Locations I should have thought that anyone adding a location page should follow the described format. Hi again _ Valmay confirmed that infoboxes should be added to locations pages by the page creator. It would also be useful if we could add them when we edit a page and notice they have been previously missed. Instructions are at http://wiki.fibis.org/index.php/Location_Infobox.
