Hi Sarah and Sy: i found out more about Major David Price and was able to place him, I hope correctly. James Welsh was in the Poligar War. Realised to day these are the Polygar Wars.However what is there for the 1st and 2nd Polygar War is a Category, not an article and does not come up in searching.
