1882, Chief Engineer East Indian Railway on Sir Bradford Leslie becoming EIR Agent ^[2]
1884, Joint inventor (with Wybrants George Olpherts) of the 'Denham-Olpherts Cast Iron Sleeper and Chair', which has been extensively employed in India^[1].
1889 Retired after 37 years service with EIR ^[1].
