Hello Mike,
Thank you for adding some useful resources to the East India Railway page. Just to let you know, I have moved them around a little bit. The notes and references section is more like a footnotes section, so should link to bits in the text. Actually, it was using an older formatting system, which I have fixed, so you will see there is now a clickable footnote in the 2nd para of the article.
