The Coimbatore Volunteer Rife Corps were a volunteer corps under the Madras command.

- 1885 raised on 7th August (Madras GO 1032, 27th Dec 1878)[1]
- 1892 incorporated into the Nilgiri Volunteer Rifles on 4th January[1]
