The '''Dwara-Therria Light Railway'''opened in about 1902 to carry limestone. The 2ft 6in/762mm narrow gauge([[Rail_gauge#Narrow_Gauge|NG]]) line was authorised to run from Dwara Bazar north-eastwards to Therria Ghat, a station on the [[Cherra-Companyganj Railway]].
This railway in Assam opened c.1902 The main traffic was to carry be limestone. The promoter died in 1904 and the company building the line was closed went into liquidation in 1909 and .
