The Coorg and Mysore Rifles were an auxiliary regiment based in Coorg and Mysore. They served under the Madras command.

1884 raised 21st Nov (by Govt of India letter No. 2752-E., dated 21st Nov 1884)^[1]
1897 transferred to Coorg and Mysore (GGO 526, dated 15th May 1897)^[1]
