NEED
General Samuel Need. He was a Lt. Colonel in the East Indies with a detachment of the army at the seige of the following forts: Parsnal(?) [Bridge Ghur], Kouchounella (?). He served under the personal command of Lord Lake during the whole of his Lordship's campaigns. During this period he was present at the following sieges and actions: 1805 - Jan 23rd - March 29th Bhurthoor. April 2nd - March (sic) 22nd Assul Ghur.
